The increasing demand for multifunctional equipment with quick formats change to fast set ups, that allow the production of several jobs by shift, made the arouse of Universal, that is very qualified for short and medium runs of : Flexible plastic packaging, labels, shrink sleeve labels, paper packaging, commercial jobs and promotional jobs with variable data printing.

A remarkable characteristic, present in all Rotatek machines line and also in Universal, is the combination of sorted printing and finishing technology possibilities.

The gear less technology, allows the combination of offset, flexo, screen and gravure press with finishing and delivering options in line.

Another important subject is the cure system and in this field Universal allows to work with the most recent innovations of the market, which is the case of UV and EB cure system. The biggest advantage is to enable the production of “VOC” (Volatile organic component), which is harmful for the environment and require incinerator regain system that involves high maintenance costs.
